Training is twice a week depending on the season, on a Thursday evening and/or a Sunday morning

Before becoming a member, you can join a free session to see how the club runs - sign up to secure your spot! (It is not mandatory to attend a free try out session but to attend any other events you must be a paid member). We run free try out events twice a month.
