What to bring:
- A water bottle
- It can get sweaty so we recommend a towel
- A positive attitude!
Things to remember:
- Wear suitable sports shoes with non-marking soles when you are on court. Please use different shoes when entering and leaving the court.
- Tie long hair back
- Keep your nails short
- Remove all jewellery before practice or a game. If jewellery cannot be removed, make sure itโs adequately taped.
