Come and join a free Orientation session with our club! No matter your gender, skill, fitness or nationality. The aim is to have fun and give it a go.

Details

What to bring:

  • A water bottle
  • Wear suitable sports shoes with non-marking soles when you are on court. Please use different shoes when entering and leaving the court.
  • It can get sweaty so we recommend a towel
  • A positive attitude!

Things to remember:

  • Tie long hair back
  • Keep your nails short
  • Remove all jewellery before practice or a game. If jewellery cannot be removed, make sure it’s adequately taped.
